Testing

OT-Pic-1Occupational therapy is designed to help patients with physical, sensory or cognitive disabilities live as independently as possible. Occupational therapists address any social, psychological or environmental issues to help improve quality of life. Whether you are getting your strength back following an injury or illness or suffer from a permanent disability, the goal of occupational therapy is to help you do all the activities that are important to you.

At Columbus Speech & Hearing Center, prior to treatment we will review your medical history and complete a thorough evaluation using various standardized and non-standardized tools. These tools help us evaluate motor skills, visual perception, sensory processing, handwriting, developmental delays, functional independence, and other skills.

Please contact the office for more information.
