Susie Ford, Ph.D., CCC-S
Executive Director
Dr. Ford is the founder and President of Columbus Speech & Hearing Center. After earning a Ph.D. in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Tennessee, and teaching at Auburn University for several years, she entered private practice in Columbus, GA. She is a past President of the Georgia Speech and Hearing Association and Past Chair of the Georgia Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. She has always been active in community projects, as one of the founders of the Achievement Academy, and as a board member of local civic groups. Outside work, she particularly enjoys time with her grandson “Ford”, and time on the farm. |

Gary Waters, MCD, CCC-S
Director of Speech Language Pathology/Chief Operating Officer
After completing his undergraduate studies, Gary obtained his Master’s Degree in Speech Communication from Auburn University. In practice since 1976, Gary has been with Columbus Speech and Hearing Center since 1981. He is Director of Speech-Language Pathology. A member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, he holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the organization. Gary and his wife, Carol, have three children. In his spare time, Gary enjoys music, singing, playing guitar, photography and volunteering with Providence Baptist Church. |

April McFarland, MCD, CCC-S
Speech Language Pathologist
April received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, with highest honors, from Dartmouth College. She then earned a Master’s Degree in Speech Communication from Auburn University. April is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, certified in Speech-Language Pathology. She is the lead Speech-Language Pathologist for our Head Start program. When she is away from the office, she enjoys volunteering with her church. |

Amy Goodrich, BS
Coordinator of Pediatric Services and Reading Therapy
Amy is a 2003 graduate of Auburn University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders. She is Lindamood-Bell trained in reading, comprehension and math programs. She is certified in Interactive Metronome Therapy. Amy is Clinic Coordinator for adult and pediatric speech-language services provided at our primary location. Away from work, Amy enjoys going to the beach, shopping, and reading. |

Speech-Language Pathologist
Allison received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Auburn University before completing her internship at Beulah Elementary School. She has been a part of our team since 2006. Allison is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and continuously strives to stay up to date on the latest advancements in the field. Hr specialty is pediatric speech-language therapy. Away from work, Allison enjoys going to the lake, boating and hanging out with friends. |

A graduate of Auburn University, Cindy brings years of experience to our team. She has been in practice since 1993 but not with us. Cindy is committed to staying on the cutting-edge of the latest advancements in the field of speech and language pathology, and maintains her membership with the American Speech Language Hearing Association. |

Nancy Prohaska, MA, CCC-SLP
Speech and Language Pathologist
Nancy has served on our team since 2009, with a special interest in the adult and geriatric population. After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University, she attended Wichita State University, where she received her Master of Arts degree. She is a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is dedicated to keeping up-to-date with the latest innovations and treatment techniques available. She and her husband, who is in the Army, have three beautiful children: Mike, Lauren and Grake. |

Katie Robinson, MCD, CCC-S
Speech-Language Pathologist
Katie graduated from Auburn University with a Master’s of Communication Disorders degree and began working with us in 2009. She provides language and dysphagia therapy to acute care patients in both of our hospital programs. Away from work, Katie loves outdoor activities and being with people. She lives in Opelika, Alabama with her husband Tyan. |

Meredith Martin, MCD, CCC-S
Speech-Language Pathologist
Meredith is a recent addition to our team. She earned an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University, then received a graduate degree from Auburn University. She completed an externship and internship at Dean Road Elementary School in Auburn, Alabama. Meredith’s clinical work focuses on pediatric speech-language therapy. She is active in her community, volunteering with Alabama Rural Ministries to repair homes for the underserved families. |

After earning an undergraduate degree from Indiana University, Susan graduated from the University of Kentucky with her graduate degree. She is licensed by the Georgia State Board of Speech-Language Pathology and maintains an active membership in the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. In her spare time, Susan enjoys reading, shopping, and playing with her dog.

Amanda is a 2010 graduate of Auburn University, where she earned a Masters of Communications Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. After completing an internship at Smiths Station Primary School, she began her Clinical Fellowship year at Columbus Speech & Hearing Center, in the pediatrics department. Away from work, Amanda has been involved in the International Reading Program for the past 6 years, helping Chinese university students learn English from a native speaker. |

Kim earned a Masters of Communication Disorders degree from Auburn University. After completing an externship in Opelika City Schools, she began her Clinical Fellowship year at Columbus Speech & Hearing Center in the summer of 2010. Away from work, she volunteers in a church nursery for children under five year of age. |

Alice Cellino, Au.D., CCC-A
Director of Audiology Services
Dr. Cellino received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Columbus State University, and a clinical Doctorate in Audiology at Auburn University. After externships with the United States Army at Ft. Benning, and at Pediatric Ear Nose and Throat of Atlanta, Dr. Cellino joined the staff of Columbus Speech & Hearing Center. At Auburn University, she pioneered a way to obtain normative data on oto-acoustic emissions in puppies. The methodology is patent pending. She is certified in Vestibular Evaluation and Treatment. She also is a pediatric diagnostic specialist. Away from work, Dr. Cellino and her husband stay busy with a baby son, two huge dogs, and as volunteers for Young Life. |

Andrea Webster, Au.D., CCC-A
Senior Audiologist
Dr. Webster obtained her Bachelor of Science and Master of Communication Disorders degrees from Auburn University before receiving her clinical doctorate from Pennsylvania College of Optometry, School of Audiology. She has a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. She also is licensed by the Georgia State Board of Examiners for Speech Pathology and Audiology. Dr. Webster’s special interest is in hearing aid evaluations and fittings. Outside work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. |

Sarah Fritz, Au.D. Audiologist
Dr. Fritz is the most recent addition to our audiology staff. She received a Doctorate of Audiology degree from Auburn University in 2010. She is our lead audiologist in a local Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and with our Universal Newborn Hearing Screening Program at a second local hospital. Outside work, Dr. Fritz enjoys traveling, working with Special Olympics, and fitness. |

Tiffany Moyerman Audiology Assistant
“Tiff” has been with Columbus Speech & Hearing Center since 2005. She provides general assistance to the audiologists, particularly with hearing aid repair, assistive listening demonstrations and selection, and management of inventory. After hours, Tiff works with local homeless shelters and animal welfare organizations. Her hobbies include cooking, traveling, and reading. |

Rabia Subhani- Siddique, Psy.D. Psychologist
Dr. Siddique is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in Pediatric Neuropsychology. She received her Doctorate in Psychology from Argosy University. Her area of interest is in Autism Spectrum Disorders, with related research and publications in the Journal of Pediatrics. She is trained in the ADOS (the gold standard test for Autism Spectrum Disorders). She is actively involved in national, state, and local professional organizations. Outside work, Dr. Siddique enjoys traveling and reading.

Brandon Glover, BBA
Office Manager
After receiving his Associate in Science degree from Chattahoochee Valley Community College in 2000, Brandon graduated from Troy University two year later with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Administration. As the Office Manager, he oversees the front office and billing departments. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys boating, camping, and spending this with his son, Jaxson. |
